Motorola’s Droid family of smartphones continues to grow, and the latest addition is (going to be) the Droid 4. Droid Life got ahold of a couple of screen grabs that indicate the new smartphone’s specs.
Those specs include a 4-inch touch screen display (960x540), dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, and 16GB of onboard storage (which is expandable up to 48GB with up to 32GB of microSD storage). The Droid 4 will also apparently sport WiFi (802.11b/g/n), GPS, and two cameras--a front-facing webcam and a rear 8MP camera with LED flash. As far as ports go, the phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, micro USB 2.0 port, and micro HDMI.
Other features include a slide-out keyboard and 4G LTE connectivity. The Droid 4 is 2.8x5x0.5 inches and weighs 6.31 ounces.
